Go to support.alithemes.com. In wp-admin you can also open Norio Core → Get Support.

What to include

• The Norio theme version from Appearance → Themes, and the Norio Core version from the top of Norio Core → General Settings.
• WordPress version and PHP version. Both are under Tools → Site Health → Info.
• The page URL where the issue shows, and the steps you already tried.
• A screenshot, and the text of any importer or plugin error.
